Camping Guidelines:

  • First-Come, First-Serve: Spots are undefined but must stay within the designated camping area.
  • Ultimate Viking Weekend Pass Holder passes must be worn at all times in camping area.

  • Due to limited camping space, each ticket holder may bring one tent only. Tents must be 6-person size or smaller. Large group or multi-room tents are not permitted.

  • Car camping is not permitted in the general parking lot, off-site parking, or overflow parking. All car camping must take place in the designated camping parking area only.

  • Two camping areas will be available: Night Owls (for those staying up later) and Early Birds (for those seeking a quieter night). Please choose your camping area accordingly and respect those around you.

  • Check-In/Check-Out:
  • Ultimate Viking Weekend Pass Holders: Check-in Friday, June. 12th, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM (prepare for setup after dark if arriving past 9:00 PM). Tent setup is also available Saturday, June 13th, from 9:00 AM–10:00 AM (ONLY for these pass holders) or anytime after 4:30 PM.

*No Early Arrival- Gates will not open until 6:00pm on Friday, June 12th

  • Check-out: You must pack up and be off the festival grounds by 5:30 PM on Sunday. You cannot drive up to take down your tent at any time before 4:30 PM on Saturday or Sunday, but you can walk in and take down during this time if needed.  We do not encourage this.  Alternatively, you can wait until 5:30 PM to drive into the camping area for easier load-out.

  • No Vehicles can be parked overnight in general parking outside the gate.  No camping setup is allowed between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Food & Beverages: You may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages for camping. Please support local food trucks during festival hours.

  • Outside alcohol and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Violations, including possession of outside alcohol or illegal drug use, may result in removal from the festival grounds without a refund.

  • Restrooms: There are no showers; *outhouse-style restrooms are provided.
