Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all ticket types and passes for the Great Northern Viking Festival and its associated events, including A Night in Valhalla and the Ultimate Viking Weekend. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms.

1. All Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

As stated in our official FAQs, the festival will take place rain or shine.

Tickets may not be exchanged, resold, or credited toward future events.

2. Weather, Safety, and Force Majeure

The Great Northern Viking Festival occurs outdoors and will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

Refunds will not be issued due to rain, wind, or temperature changes.

If the event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (for example: natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety emergencies), ticket holders will be notified of rescheduling or refund options.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is officially canceled by the organizers, full or partial refunds may be provided at our discretion or as required by law.

If rescheduled, previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.

4. Removal from Event Grounds

Guests who violate festival rules or the Camping Information Policy may be escorted off festival grounds without a refund.

This includes conduct that endangers others, damages property, or violates local laws.

5. Transferability

Tickets may be transferred to another guest only through official channels designated by the event organizers.

Unauthorized resale or ticket duplication may result in cancellation without refund.
