The Great Northern Viking Festival is a  family friendly celebration in Mankato, Minnesota*, honoring rich Old Norse & Viking heritage. Our mission is to immerse attendees in the Viking era through exhilarating entertainment, education, and immersive experiences. Join us for a unique blend of festival fun mixed with historical exploration, where the past meets the present in a thrilling interactive and entertaining atmosphere.

Pre-sale tickets will be sold until October 18th. 

Prices increase after that with gate sales at a higher rate.

If you're traveling to Great Northern Viking Festival 2024 from out of town, we have a variety of tent camping options available.  (Full weekend: on-site tent camping is only available to Valhalla VIP All Access Pass holders). On-site tent camping is also available Saturday night ONLY for Festival Explorer Combo Pass holders as well as A Night in Valhalla VIP's, when they add the camping add-on.  We do NOT offer on-site camping for general daytime tickets or general Night in Valhalla ticket holders. However, there are several campgrounds in the area as well as local hotels.
