2026 Vendor Information

🐦 Early Raven Rate: Until January 31st, 2026

• $150 (10x10) / $175 (10x20)
• 🎟️ FREE vending opportunity at A Night in Valhalla (8:00-9:30 PM)
• 🌟 Priority Vendor Placement at both events
• 🎟️ FREE general admission entry for up to 2 registered booth staff 

to A Night in Valhalla after closing up shop.  

➕ Additional GA vendor tickets available at a discounted rate

Note: Vendor access includes General Admission only.
VIV/VIP perks are exclusive to VIV ticket holders and sponsors.
Vendors wishing to enjoy VIV/VIP experiences may purchase a VIP ticket as a patron
—or— join us as a sponsor to receive VIV perks plus complimentary booth space.

•  Important: Late Registration is subject to availability and market balance.
  If your product category is already well-represented, your application may not be accepted.

Join us for the 2026 Great Northern Viking Festival — an interactive Viking-themed marketplace,
complete with live demonstrations, performers, music, food, and immersive experiences.

We are actively seeking vendors that fit our All Things Viking theme, including:
artisan crafts, blades & shields, Viking clothing/garb, jewelry, woodwork, fiber arts,
books & lore, leatherwork, and unique Viking fantasy-inspired pieces.

Our guests arrive expecting to step into a Viking world — and you are part of that magic!
To keep the experience immersive and cohesive across the festival:

• Booths must visually reflect Viking or Norse-inspired style
• Modern pop-up tents must be neutral colored or be fully covered in neutral fabrics (brown, tan, natural, canvas look)
• No neon colors, bright branded banners, or plastic-looking displays
• Keep booths tidy and themed to match the atmosphere
• Only items approved in your application may be sold

Need help? We offer simple, affordable suggestions for theming your space!

Booth staff must wear Viking-appropriate clothing during festival hours.

We welcome:
✔ Historical Viking garb
✔ Viking-fantasy inspired outfits

If you do not have Viking garb yet:
→ All-black or all-brown clothing with minimal visible modern logos is acceptable.

Not permitted:
✘ Renaissance/medieval/pirate/sci-fi/non-Viking cosplay/steampunk styles
✘ Bright modern colors and graphics

Our patrons come ready to build their Viking look and lifestyle 

— and they value quality, unique craftsmanship they can’t buy anywhere else.

We proudly feature:
✔ Handcrafted or artist-designed goods
✔ Unique accessories that complement Viking  garb
✔ Artisan products that enhance the immersive experience
✔ Items named, displayed, or themed to fit Viking-fantasy culture

Your items do not need to be strictly “historically Viking” —
as long as your presentation fits the world and tells a story.

✘ Mass-produced resale merchandise
✘ Drop-shipped products or imported novelties
✘ Modern, unrelated pop-culture products
✘ Booths lacking Viking-themed display or effort
